The main problem is that too many theories about losing weight exist and people get confused. It is easier to forget all the old and maybe even contradicting information that you might have heard in the past and be open for what really works. Some people still wonder about things they might have read in a magazinelike for example: Should I do the asparagus diet or only eat grapefruit all day long? Not eating any meat and only fruit and vegetables?
There are a hundred different experts with a hundred different opinions. And that is the main problem.
What works really? Since I am a bodybuilder and I have helped many people to lose weight fast and to get into shape and I definitely know what works and what doesn’t work. It is not too complicated once you figured it out.
The main thing that people get confused about is that they want to lose weight and follow a healthy diet at the same time. You need to understand that those two things are two completely different things. If you eat healthy, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you will lose weight at the same time. Of course, if you do it consistently over a very long period of time, you will lose weight with eating lots of fruit and vegetables. But most people have a hard time to live a lifestyle like that without ever cheating on sweet or fattening foods and the consequence is that they don’t succeed.
Loosing weight has to do with understanding how your body works when it comes to food intake and what effect exercise has and when your body burns fat.
