Voucher policy

1. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
2. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification or trade is prohibited
3. Vouchers are not transferable to another person
4. There is a limit of one voucher per transaction
5. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other coupons, gift certificates or promotions unless otherwise noted in the voucher or permitted by NM International, Inc.
6. Vouchers are only redeemable for products or services by NM International, Inc. and cannot be used if a product is less expensive than the product price itself
7. NM International reserves the right to refuse any vouchers
8. A voucher is only valid for the amount of 6 months
9. There is no financial refund (cash or credit) possible for any vouchers
10. Vouchers are only for existing customers of NM International, Inc.
11. Limit one Voucher per redemption.
12. Vouchers cannot be used for taxes, tips, prior balances and/or shipping or handling, as applicable
13. NM International, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher reference numbers
14. Duplication, duplicate use, sale or trade of a voucher is prohibited.
15. A voucher price does not include sales, value added or use taxes, which may be charged to you separately by anevent at the time a customer redeems the voucher if required by the event’s governmental jurisdiction
16. Any attempt by a user to obtain more than the permitted number of vouchers by using multiple or different identities, credit cards, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void the vouchers purchased by said user.
17. There is a total limit of 3 vouchers per customer in a 5-year period.
18. There is no refund for a voucher if a customer returns a product or asks for a refund.
19. NM International, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any voucher or transaction without reason or explanation.
20. There is no right to receive a voucher or to redeem it into cash or refund if NM International, Inc. sees fit
